Hi, this is Darshana!
I think a lot about how to make powerful systems trustworthy — both technically (alignment, control, interpretability) and structurally (governance, incentives, capital allocation); am increasingly interested in the venture side of deep tech; write about systems engineering, AI safety, and occasionally about the ideas and books that change how I think.
Always up for recommendations - books, music, coffee, or just a good contrarian take!
I am a software engineer building at the intersection of AI security and infrastructure. Currently, I work on real-time guardrails, model security scanning and agentic safety and identity.
Previously, CS grad @UChicago, BTech @NITT, and SWE at a string of early-stage startups where solving problems involved choosing the right ones, building with meaning and precision, then seeing it matter.
